BAR

As well as our micro-distillery, we have a bar with carefully selected produce which we felt encapsulated similar values to us. It stands as a celebration of those who choose to create different and unique spirits, wines and beers. 

Alongside our main product, Pochle, it made sense to showcase an extensive collection of other Eaux de Vie at the heart of our collection. Our shelves also hold renowned spirits such as tequila and mezcal of Mexico to Brazil’s vibrant cachaça, Italy’s classic grappa, and the distinctive aquavits of Scandinavia. Completing the journey are exceptional Japanese and Chinese spirits, all thoughtfully curated alongside a distinguished collection of Scottish whiskies.

Wines have been selected from well established locations such as Spain, France and Italy, as well as shining light on up-and-coming destinations for wineries such as Austria, Georgia and the USA.


Alongside our drinks menu, we also have a food menu available for if you get peckish. This includes a well tailored cheeseboard with Cornish Kern, Lanark Blue and Brie de Meaux and a charcuterie with meat cuts including sliced Venison and Chorizo with Bourbon. Other bar snacks include oysters and olives to work complimentary with the drinks selection.
